How to Install Chartsy in BigCommerce

In this guide, we will walk you through the simple process of installing and activating our add-on in your BigCommerce platform.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

• An active BigCommerce account.

• Administrative access to your BigCommerce store.

• Basic familiarity with navigating the BigCommerce dashboard.

Step-by-Step Installation

1. Accessing the BigCommerce Marketplace

1. Log in to your BigCommerce account.

2. Navigate to the 'Apps' section on the left-hand side menu.

3. Click on ‘Marketplace’ to access the BigCommerce App Marketplace.

4. Click on the button "BIGCOMMERCE.COM/APPS"

2. Finding Chartsy

1. In the Marketplace, use the search bar at the top to search for “Chartsy.”

2. Select the add-on from the search results.

3. Installing the Add-On

1. On the add-on page, click ‘Get This App'.

2. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the installation. Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed.

Activating the Add-On

Once installed, the add-on needs to be activated to start syncing with your store’s data.

1. Go back to your BigCommerce dashboard.

2. Navigate to the ‘Apps’ section again where you will now see “Chartsy” listed.

3. Click on the add-on to open it.

The Chartsy App

1. Once you click on Launch, you will be prompted to create an account (and get access to Chartsy for free for 30 days).

2. IMPORTANT: Please bear in mind that your Staff users are unable to create an account in Chartsy until you as an administrator complete your account setup.
