FAQ about Creating an Account with Chartsy?

I am a Staff User, why can't I create an account?

This issues happens when the administrator of your BigCommerce account has installed Chartsy, but they haven't yet registered for an account within it. You, as a Staff user, will be unable to create your own account until the administrator completes their account setup. Please contact them to do so.

Why am I getting the "Something went wrong" issue when trying to create and account?
