Overview:
Individuals registered in your database/contact list, who have not yet made a purchase. They represent a segment that requires targeted engagement and marketing strategies to convert them into active customers. You will see that their Frequency, Recency and Monetary values are all 0.
Understanding why these individuals haven’t made a purchase is important. Analyzing their engagement with your website, response to marketing efforts, or demographic data can provide insights.
Overview:
This cluster refers to individuals who chose to make a purchase from your BigCommerce store without creating an account or logging into an existing one. They have entered only essential information required to make a purchase, such as shipping address and payment details.
Overview:
Our cluster process starts at the beginning of each month. Any new customers added to your store after this process completes, will be temporarily grouped together as “Recently Added”. This way, you can still see their performance, before the algorithm can include them in a specific Cluster in the next month.
