Billing and Payment process for Chartsy

This page explains how the Billing and Payment process work for Chartsy Premium.

Free Trial

Chartsy offers a 30 days free trial. There is no credit card required to get started with the trial, and it includes everything you would get with the Premium version:

  • Access to all features (30+ graphs)

  • Limitless answers from ChartsyAI

  • Up to 3 years of historical data

  • Advanced reporting (Drill downs, segments, RFM)

  • 1 Data Source (BigCommerce)

  • Priority Vote for new features or customized charts (reach out here).

What happens after the free trial?

When your 30-day trial period ends, the Billing Admin will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Chartsy. If the Billing Admin does not upgrade, all users associated with that ecommerce account will be blocked from accessing the platform.

  • Blocking Period: The blocking stage lasts for 15 days. If the Billing Admin does not upgrade within this period, all associated accounts will be deleted.

You can choose to upgrade to either a Monthly or Yearly plan. For more information on charges and refunds, click below:

View all plans and invoices

To check your current plan, navigate to the Payments & Billing tab in your Settings. Here, you can:

  • Cancel your plan

  • Update your payment details

  • View any invoices linked to your account

Please note that only Billing Admins have access to the Payments & Billing tab in Chartsy.
