# How to Create an Account in Chartsy
In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple process of creating a Chartsy account and synchronizing your data.
### Step 1: Create an Account
You will see a registration form asking for the following information:
Create Account Screen
* **Full Name:** Enter your first and last name.
* **Username**: You can use your Store Name (don’t include special characters & spaces).
* **Password:** At least 8 characters, with upper and lower case and at least one number.
* **Confirm Password:** Re-enter the password for verification.
### Step 2: Wait for your data to synchronize
Once you successfully Create an Account, we will start working on synchronizing and loading all the data of your store. You can expect an email which will inform you once your Chartsy dashboard is ready. The process can take more than a few hours.
### Step 3: Access your dashboard
Once all your data has been loaded, you can access your dashboard by clicking "Go to dashboard" and entering your credentials.
